Mayim (מים), the thirteenth letter of the Hebrew alphabet means "water". According to the Jewish scriptures, God created this letter and made it "King over water".

I learnt a new word, this time in Hebrew. So now I know water is called
水 - shui (Mandarin), mizu (Japanese)
air - Malay, Indonesian
Wasser - German
Mayim - Hebrew
And I learnt a new way of making Xiao Long Bao though if one has to use the silver cup to pick the Xiao Long Bao, it does question the technique of the chef?
By the way I am not a food critic. But if you ask me will I go back to Mayim, the answer is no.
