Detailed instructions on how to go:

Take the metro to Duomo.
Exit where signage says to Duomo.
You will see Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II which is on the right of Duomo.
Head straight into Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and you will see the LV outlet.

To head to La Rinascente, just turn left upon reaching Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Walk straight till you see the entrance of La Rinascente. You will see the LV outlet upon entering La Rinascente.

p/s: La Rinascente is a major shopping centre in Italy. As there are not many (free) public toilets in Italy, if you may drop by La Rinascente for a toilet break. It is usually at the last floor (where one can find their eatery).
