Eat Pizza at Fitzroy Street

Cheap Pizza can be found at Fitzroy Street as long as you are willing to walk :)

Walking from St Kilda road, turn right into Fitzroy Street. On its left side, you can find a pizza shop that sell house pizzas at just 5.50 AUD. Or you can consider other dishes which are equally cheap (less than 10 Aud)

Check out the menu here:

I cannot remember the cafe name at the moment. What I can remember is it is just before the Adult Video Centre shop. Take it as an adventure to find this good and cheap eatery! Have fun!

Secret revealed: Alright I went back a second time, for another in-house pizza that once again cost me only AUD 5.50. Apparently all their in-house pizzas cost only AUD 5.50 on all days for Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesdays - Fridays 12 - 5.30pm.

And I went to get the namecard this time.. so..

The website states they have free wireless.. hmm that's something good.
And I found out The Banff has an interesting history...
145 Fitzroy Street was used as a barracks by American soldiers in World War II , and what is now the Banff restaurant was used to cook their meals.

WOAH talking about war history...

Another amazing fact was that in the 1980's, Madonna was rumoured to have visited The Banff. And she was so impressed with the food, she coaxed the chef into leaving - joining her entourage to cook on demand! Hmm is it true? Did she succeed? I have absolutely no idea haha.
